The rise and fall of my egg souffle. Or as the Alexander's call it my butter, cheese, butter, more cheese and a little egg souffle. Has anyone ever made a souffle that didn't fall? Is there such a thing? Just wondering.

It reminds me of my hair...in the AM when I first wake up...standing straight up and then after water hits it.
